My thoughts
I’m not even kidding when I say this, but wearing period pants has completely changed my life. Not to mention, they’ve increased my productivity during my period too!

My thoughts
Gratitude promotes self-care. Because when you practice gratitude you are building a deeper connection with yourself.

Although I usually wake up around 8.00 am, during my period I like to lie in bed a little bit longer before springing to my feet. My thoughts

My thoughts

My thoughts
