Daily exercise keeps us healthy – both mentally and physically.
It gets your body moving, boosts energy, elevates your mood and reduces stress. But heading to the gym or working out can sometimes feel like an inconvenience or a chore.
So instead, keep your workout routine fun and simple by staying home and using a yoga app.
Yoga is one of the most beneficial exercises as not only does it improve strength, balance and flexibility, but it also allows you to practice mindfulness.
You don’t need to be a fully-fledged Yogi either to use these apps as they are suitable for all levels and accessible to everyone.
So here are the 5 best yoga apps you can download today to help inspire your movement routine.
N.B – I like to keep my “best of” lists short and sweet as I know how difficult it can be to decide. I aim to only include the best apps so you can make a quick and easy decision and start practising yoga right away rather than spending days researching.

What are the best yoga apps?
I’m a huge fan of yoga and have been practising it at home now for the past 2-years. I have a tendency to wake up feeling anxious but yoga allows me to feel grounded every morning as it’s just me and the mat.
This daily ritual is now part of my morning routine and gives me the space to practice mindfulness, be present and set an intention for the day.
I started out watching free videos by Yoga With Kassandra on Youtube but have since started to use an app to help better my skills and keep me accountable.
So let’s dive right in and take a deeper look into each of these yoga apps:

My thoughts
It can be quite disheartening practising yoga next to beautiful, slim women with perky breasts and a flat torso. As a 32GG bra size with a stubborn belly that never seems to flatten no matter how hard I try, I sometimes find it difficult to get into certain poses. The Underbelly aims to normalise all body types during yoga practice to allow absolutely anyone to feel the benefit and power of yoga.
