We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes.

You don’t need to prep anything or have your life figured out before we start.

There’s no script, no homework, no being put on the spot.

Just show up exactly as you are, mid-burnout and all, and I’ll guide you through the whole thing.

Some women cry. Some laugh. Most do a bit of both.

There’s no right way to do this, and nothing you could say that I haven’t heard before (or lived through myself).

The call is $197.

One payment, 90 minutes, and a plan you actually walk away with.

And here’s my promise: you’ll leave our call with an insane amount of clarity, or I’ll keep coaching you for free until you do. Because I’m not interested in taking your money and leaving you exactly where you started.

And I know exactly what it's like to feel exhausted, mentally drained, and overwhelmed AF.

Hey, I'm Thalia.

I spent 6 years working in what I thought was my dream career.

Everyone told me how amazing my job must be, but on weekends, I’d have a literal mental breakdown.

My life didn’t feel like mine.

It was controlled by a demanding boss, a chaotic schedule, and the pressure to keep up.

I’d cry in the office toilets most days, bed rot every weekend, and doom scroll until 2 am because I didn’t know how to switch off.

In a nutshell, I was miserable.

So I quit. Sold everything. And flew to Sri Lanka with a one-way ticket and spent 5 months backpacking across Southeast Asia, thinking it was the cure to burnout.

Spoiler: it wasn’t.

Because my job was never the real problem.

What was actually broken were three things:

  • I was living completely out of alignment
  • My self-worth was completely tied to my job title
  • I had neglected my health for years and assumed being constantly overwhelmed was just the norm

It took me years to figure all of this out.

Years of self-help books, mindset coaching, journaling, trying every framework under the sun, and slowly rebuilding from the inside out.

    If you’re looking to make a real change in your job or career, coaching can help. It’s a mix of guidance, accountability, and support to get you unstuck and moving forward with a clear plan. Think of it as having your own personal hype-woman who helps you see things clearly and take action with confidence—no more second-guessing or going around in circles.

  • How is this different to your coaching program?

    The beauty of this call is that you don’t need to commit to a long program to start getting clarity. I get that you’re burnt out and exhausted, so the last thing you need right now is someone trying to sell you something. This call is a space to slow down, talk it through, and figure out what’s really going on. If, after this session, you feel like you’d benefit from more support, I’ll walk you through your options and what a longer coaching program could look like for you.

  • Where will my session take place?

    Zoom, baby! As long as you’ve got solid Wi-Fi, a distraction-free spot, and a laptop/desktop, we’re good to go. No matter where you are in the world, we can make magic happen online.

  • What happens if I can’t make the session?

    Life happens, but I need at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make it. Otherwise, the session may be forfeited (sad face). You can only reschedule your session once. No-shows are an automatic forfeit, so let’s respect each other’s time.

  • What coaching qualifications do you have?

    I’m a Certified Professional Health & Wellness Coach, recognised in the UK and worldwide. In 2022/23, I completed a 12-month course with The Health Coaches Academy and earned a Level 5 Accredited Diploma in Health Coaching.

  • Shall I wait for a discount code for Black Friday?

    Nope. My rates aren’t dropping—like, ever. I don’t do discounts because it’s not fair to my OG clients, and the investment will only go up as I grow as a coach and my clients see bigger, better results.
